Thirty-nine years of experience in the field of communication, especially on television. He is current the Executive President of Brasil Audiovisual Independente (BRAVI) – which represents the Brazilian Independent Television Producers. He is also a member of the Superior Council of Cinema (CSC), part of the Ministry of Culture (MinC) of Brazil. Acting as Program Director of TV Cultura de São Paulo and Director of Special Projects; Creator, deployer and Content Director of TV RáTimBum, the first Brazilian childrens channel of pay-TV. He was as CEO of TVE Brasil and AM and FM MEC Radios, and was also President of the Brazilian Association of Public Educational and Cultural Broadcasters from 1999 to 2000.
