Mariana is getting her master’s degree in design at PUC-Rio focused on inclusive education of children with autism, as a researcher at LINC Design. She lived in the USA for 6 years, where she graduated in Industrial Design at MSU Denver and worked with children with autism. In addition, she founded Vrum Vrum (recycled toys), was a partner of OHMS where she developed intelligent prototypes and collaborated with eLABorando developing inclusive resources for educational spaces. Currently, she is part of the collective Pontos Diversos – Artes Acessíveis producing inclusive art meetings, in-formation and exchange of experiences about alternative and artistic approaches in the treatment and stimulation of people with disabilities or mental disorders.
The panel will discuss games and projects that aim to include people with various disabilities within the games, both analog and digital.
