Leo De Biase has 20 years of experience in games, esports and technology areas. Currently he is ESL Brazil’s CEO. He joined ESL, the world’s largest esports company, in November 2016 with the mission of strengthening the national market in the area, consolidating strategic partnerships and seeking investment for initiatives, events and championships, which are already well-known and profitable around the world.
The executive came from a passage of more than four years at NVIDIA, where he was responsible for the areas of Consumer Marketing and Public Relations for Latin America. Prior to that, De Biase also worked for other big companies in the industry, including Bigpoint and Level Up! Games. Acting in the segment since 1998, he pioneered the “”””Lan Houses”””” segment in Brazil and, as a former professional player of CS 1.6 and a esports enthusiast, he became a reference in the market for consultations, lectures and narrations.
