Isabelle Bismuth is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with over 13 years of experience in the videogame industry. She has helped many Ubisoft’s renowned brands such as Assassins Creed, Watch Dogs and Rainbow Six set up fruitful collaborations.
In 2012, Isabelle joins the newly formed Codev & Outsourcing team. Their mandate is to support the collaboration strategies for Ubisoft’s five Canadian studios with internal and external partners. She helps the production teams define co-development mandates, adapting processes and sharing best practices along the way.
Determined to develop strong relationships and to better the field of co-development, Isabelle speaks of the common challenges related to external development, be it internally at Ubisoft or externally at game industry events such as Ignite 2017 or XDS 2017.
