Master and PhD in Design by Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Guilherme Xavier is a researcher linked to DeSSIn , supervisor of its theme axis “Design and Technology” at LINC and supervisor of NINJA within Arts and Design Department of the same University. With interest of study on analogical and digital games in their productive, projective, interactive, visual, social and historical dimensions, he works teaching academic disciplines related to design, imagery and interactive digital media; and also features as ludologyst and consultant for integrating educational, instructional, and artistic strategies with entertainment approaches. Game designer at Donsoft Entertainment and Voxels VR, as well as author and speaker at symposiums and conferences in the field of electronic entertainment, he researches and produces science fiction literature, taking the genre as opportunity to discuss trends in social, technical and environmental spheres.
